The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The police arrested the petitioner and took his confessional statement. Except the confessional statement of the petitioner, the police did not collect any tangible evidence to show involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is not put on T.I.P. although he is in jail since 04.12.2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
