Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj Town P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 427, 337, 353, 333 of the Indian Penal Code.
A girl died in a road accident. The aforesaid incident led to cause protest by the public.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus. He has also submitted that a number of accused persons on similar footing have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court.

No.3463 of 2022(2) dt.05-08-2022 2/2 Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
