The petitioner, being the mother of the husband of the victim, is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Pappu Kumar is to the effect that the informant's daughter, Ahana Kumari was married with Vinesh Kumar on 17.05.2019 but subsequent to the marriage, there was further dowry demand of Rs.80,000/- and for non-fulfillment of the same, she was being tortured by the petitioner and in-law family members. On 12.10.2019, the informant came to know that his daughter has been killed by the in-law's people and made the dead body

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner. The petitioner is the widow mother-in-law of the victim and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who is in custody.

Learned APP submits that the victim died within few months of the marriage and petitioner is named in the FIR. Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim and petitioner being an old widow lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 387 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
