As against the order dated 31.08.2016 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda the petitioner has preferred a statutory appeal before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Central Range, Patna, a copy of which is placed at Annexure-6. It is the submission of Mr. Ram Hriday Prasad that the appeal has remained pending before the appellate authority. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the appeal against the order of removal is yet pending for consideration before the appellate authority I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.4, the Deputy Inspector General of Police before
