The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1569 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019.
