Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 616 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 354-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the fact that it has come during the investigation that the informant is in habit of lodging false cases against co-villagers, witnesses named in the F.I.R. having been not examined, independent witness having stated that the informant has beaten up her minor daughter to falsely implicate the petitioner in this case, this bail application is allowed.

No.13443 of 2021(3) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 616 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
