This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barari (S) P.S. Case No.251 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 351(2), 317(2) of the B.N.S. 2023.

The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the informant and looted gold, silver and motorcycle. 4.

Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
