Patna High Court MJC No.170 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 It is contended that when the matter was taken up on 14.12.2016, the counsel for the petitioner was arguing before another Court and by the time, he could reach the Court, the case had already been dismissed for want of prosecution. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer of the petitioner for restoration of the writ application. Considering the submissions made above, the prayer is allowed.

CWJC No. 4202 of 2015 is directed to be restored to its original file.
