This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.1380 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have committed dacoity.

The petitioner is accused in six more cases of dacoity.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trail court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
