JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 409 of 2019, arising out of Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 325, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Madhubani. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56909 of 2019 by this Court, taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner and co-accused, Md. Babloo Nadad to cause injury at the head of the deceased through lathi but the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected for the present.
