Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, when confessional statement of FIR named accused Golu Kumar Mishra was recorded, the aforesaid co-accused disclosed that seized bomb and cartridges had been provided by the petitioner and thereafter, one co-accused Farhan also named the petitioner in his confessional statement. Co-accused Farhan has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj Town P.S.
