The petitioner has been in custody since 24.08.2018 in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/307/ 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been attributed the role of having injured the husband of the informant, the injuries have been indicated to be skin deep which may not be dangerous to life. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the period of custody, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail,
