The petitioner seeks bail in Kochas P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.07.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 7371 of 2015. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased with stone on his head and consequently the deceased died.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4478 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 by conducting the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
