Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 183 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and co-accused allegedly hit on the head of the informant but only one injury has been mentioned in the rejection order of the learned Court below, which is stated to be grievous in nature but there has been no repetition of blow. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2021.

No.3153 of 2022(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/2 Having regard to the aforesaid fact and also the fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 183 of 2021, subject to the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, preferably one of his parents.

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below and not delay the trial. (iii) In case of absence for three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
