27.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Supplementary counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents showing payment of salary of the suspension period. Further, it is admitted position that other death-cum-retiral dues of the late husband of the petitioner have been paid.
However, if anything further remains, the petitioner shall be liberty to file a representation before the Deputy General Manager, North Bihar Power Distribution Company, Patna. If such a representation is filed within one month from today, along with a copy of this order, the concerned respondent shall pass appropriate orders within the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17962 of 2008 (6) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 next three weeks and if anything further is to be paid, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
