The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2015 with accusation that 150 liters of Mahua liquor was recovered from his house.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the alleged recovered is said to have made from joint house, and moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. case No.222 of 2015.
