2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 178/2024 registered under Sections 341, 379, 504, 34, 323, 307, of Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, on 13-03-2024 in the night, while informant was walking after taking dinner, his neighbor Ranjeet Kumar, who was involved in business of illegal liquor, was distributing liquor in front of his house and when the informant opposed the same, then co-accused Ranjeet Kumar alongwith these petitioners started abusing him and thereafter, co-accused Ranjeet Kumar assaulted on head of informant with iron rod, due to which he received lacerated injury in his head and also snatched gold chain from his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are next door neighbours and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. As per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Ranjeet Kumar. So far as these petitioners are concerned, no specific overt act has been alleged against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
