Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that the petitioner along with his other family members forcibly took her to Delhi but she was released by the petitioner at Delhi railway station from where she came to her home along with her brother. She disclosed her age as 18 years. The victim has, nowhere, complained about any ill-treatment meted out at the hand of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Amour P.S. Case no. 33/2015.
