2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26(i)(ii)(iii), 35 of the Arms Act.t
3. As per F.I.R., a raid was conducted and three persons were apprehended and on search, two country-made pistol, live cartridges and other materials used in manufacturing the fire-arms have been recovered from the house of co-accused Jai Prakash Sharma and the apprehended persons disclosed the name of this petitioner, as one of their associate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article/arms or ammunition has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and only on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1774 of 2026(2) dt.29-01-2026 2/2 confession of apprehended co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 507 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
