As per respondents' counter-affidavit, the petitioners' case seeking relaxation in the process of selection of Warders pursuant to an advertisement of the year 2015 is covered by decision of the Division Bench in the case of Om Prakash Singh & Ors. versus The State of Bihar and Ors. in L.P.A. No. 1359 of 2018.
