This Court finds from the writ application that the petitioner has challenged his order of deputation at the Residential Office of the Health Minister.
Mr. S. D. Yadav, learned AAG-9 for the State submits that in order to maintain the residential office of the Health Minister if an employee has been deputed, no fault may be found with the same and the grievance of the petitioner in this
Patna High Court CWJC No.15921 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 regard is totally uncalled for.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that the posting of the petitioner done in the year 2017 vide memo no. 552 dated 30.08.2017 does not require any judicial review.
This writ application is dismissed.
