The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No.1038 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 506, 447, 354, 509/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that while the Informant used to go for her studies by Scooty, this petitioner along with one Anish Singh used to tease her and they also caught hold her hand on 21.12.2015 and threatened her. In this manner, there is general allegation against this petitioner. It is mentioned that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1619 of 2017 (3) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.1038 of 2015, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
