The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1195C of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 498A, 406 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1, 2 & 3, who are motherin-law, father-in-law and Bhaisur respectively, are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4213 of 2020(2) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 case. It is further submitted that no overt act has been alleged against the petitioners rather general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of the ACJM - III, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1195C/2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
