2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation in the First Information report is that the accused persons come to the house of the informant and indulged in abuses and causing assault upon her and her family members causing injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of brickbatting on all the petitioners and others who are members of the same family and counter case lodged by the petitioner being Chauram P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 has actually been lodged prior to the present F.I.R. It has further been submitted that the injuries received by the informant and her husband as also her son are all simple in nature, which would be indicated from AnnexuresP/3 and P/4 of this petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the basis of allegations made in the First Information Report.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations of brickbatting leading to simple injuries being caused to the informant and others, let the above named petitioners, who have no criminal antecedent, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned

Case No. 67 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
