====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 412, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police, after investigation, seized Rs. 1,53,255/- and one loaded country made Katta along with one motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be
