JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4673 of 2021, whereby, name of father of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as 'Chandra Bhushan Tiwari' in place of 'Shashi Bhushan Tiwari'.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, the name of father of the petitioner has been mentioned in the petition as 'Chandra Bhushan Tiwari' in place of 'Shashi Bhushan Tiwari' and, thus, in the order dated 23.11.2021, petitioner's father's name has been wrongly mentioned as 'Chandra Bhushan Tiwari'.

In view of the submission made above, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4795 of 2022(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 application is allowed. The order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4673 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the name of father of the petitioner shall be read as 'Shashi Bhushan Tiwari' in place of 'Chandra Bhushan Tiwari' and the period for surrender of the petitioner is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
