This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 352, 307, 326, 435, 379, 427 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 10 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Learned counsel for the State does not controvert the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
