Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Mantu Kumar. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he is in custody since 12.7.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7728 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019.
