The petitioner states that he has already filed objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914. However, no order under Section 10 has been passed by the competent authority.

We dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to pass order in the ambit of Section 10 within six weeks from today.
