1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To quash the order dated 20/07/2023 passed in Anganwadi Revision Case No.-24/2020 by the Commissioner, Kosi Division, Saharsa (Annexure-P/3) whereby and whereunder the order dated 04/05/2020 passed in Anganwadi Case No.76/2018 by the District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.), Madhepura (Annexure- P/2) has been set aside and order of selection of smt.Kavita Rani, the respondent no.11, for post of Anganwadi Sevika of Village-Srinagar, Ward No.05, Gram Panchayat-Ramnagar Mahesh Block-Kumarkhand, DistrictMadhepura dated 15/02/2016 issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Kumarkhand, Madhepura has been uphold."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2732 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 3/3 Liberty so sought is granted.
