This modification application has been filed for correcting the Police Station case number, which was wrongly mentioned in the bail application (Cr. Misc. No. 47386 of 2014) as Shastri Nagar P.S. case no. 300 of 2014 in place of Sri Krishnapuri P.S. case no.300 of 2014.

Let the order dated 03.03.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47386 of 2014 be read as petitioner being granted bail in Sri Krishnapuri P.S. case no.300 of 2014.

Let this order be communicated to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
