JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Virtual Court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 81 of 2019 arising out of Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 767 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 (B), 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Section 8 of POCSO Act.

The direct allegation has been made in the FIR against the petitioner to have tried to tease the victim girl and when the victim girl objected, he shot fire upon her, as a result of which, she died.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3814 of 2020(3) dt.29-05-2020 2/2 present.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
