There happens to be specific allegation against accused Mukesh, Indal, Vijay, Ranjeet along with one unknown person who have chased and caused firearm injury over the person of informant by making indiscriminate firing. From the order impugned it is apparent that both these petitioners are not named in the First Information Report and their activities were found suspicious on account of their presence before the occurrence near about the place of occurrence. That being so petitioners Rakesh Kumar @ Pahari, Ramesh Kumar @ Nanhki @ Nanhuki each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to
