The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 104 of 2023, arising out of Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No.717 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8(c)/21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.
About 12 grams of brown sugar has been recovered from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2023. He has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Purnea, in connection with Special Case No.104 of 2023, arising out of Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No.717 of 2023.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Sadar Police Station, DistrictPurnea on first Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
