The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section of the R.P.(U.P.)Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner and one co-accused Sita Ram Pandit were apprehended on suspicion of stealing the grains from the Railway Yard. On the statement of the petitioner, 46 bags of wheat were recovered from the house of co-accused Sita Ram Pandit.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Sita Ram Pandit has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.46104 of 2014 and a statement has been made in paragraph
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10734 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Rail Police MFP/RPF Case No. 12 of 2014.
