Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.10.2015 on the accusation that he made attempt to commit rape on the informant but from perusal of the written report of the informant it would appear that the informant leveled allegation against the petitioner that petitioner tried to remove her sari to commit rape on her but he could not succeed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well period of detention of the petitioner is in jail custody and also submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
