17-03-2017 The present petition has been filed for restoring C.W.J.C. No. 7399 of 2007.

Earlier, the writ petition was filed from the office of Advocates namely Sri Madan Mohan No.1, Sri Niraj Madan and Sri Umesh Singh. The present restoration petition was filed after obtaining 'No Objection' and vakalatnama has been filed by Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel. However, at the time of argument, instead of Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, one another counsel is appearing.

Normally, I am not entertaining other counsel in the restoration petition.

Accordingly, the restoration petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
