Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, petitioner and informant are own brothers and allegation against petitioner is that he along with other F.I.R. named persons assaulted informant and other family members by means of lathi and iron rod. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that specific allegation of assault causing injury to the informant is against co-accused namely, Sanjay Ram and there is only general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.
