====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order dated 09.11.2016 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui in Maintenance Case No.29M of 2014 whereby the petitioner, who is son of the respondent, has been directed to pay Rs.4,000/- per month as interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is in service under the Central Government and his monthly salary is Rs.35,000/- in the year 2015. Now, in 2016, the Central Government has already applied the 7th pay revision and is paying the salary to the respondent.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case that the respondent is father and the petitioner is admittedly employee under the Central Government and considering the quantity of the interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C., in

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.269 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 my opinion, no case for interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction is made out.

Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
