2. The present application has been filed:

for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to register gift deed submitted by petitioner in connection with her landed property on correcting their records on computer relating to the nature of the land and for any other writ/command or order as may be deemed in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. A counter affidavit of respondent nos. 2 and 3 is on
