Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 9467 of 2019 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019 registered under Sections 484, 420/34 of the I.P.C. and 30(A) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle. He has no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
