The petitioners are languishing in custody since 10.10.2014 and 22.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant's husband went for fishing on 06.10.2014 but next morning his dead body was found. The suspicion was raised against the petitioners and other persons since they threatened the husband of the informant ten days prior to the occurrence.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7494 of 2015 (02) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner that co-accused Shailendra Singh has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 6698 of 2015.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014.
