2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of son of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
