2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University to consider his case in light of the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in CWJC No. 992 of 2020, particularly, in light of the observation

Patna High Court CWJC No.4336 of 2021(4) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 and direction contained in Para-6 of the said judgment.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of for considering the case of the petitioner in light of the observation made in Para-6 of the order dated 27.11.2024.

4. The authorities of the University must ensure to grant arrears of salary and all monetary benefits on the basis of the decision of the Pay Fixation Committee and disburse all the arrears of salary within three months from the date of this order and other relief to which the petitioner is entitled for.
