2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 365, 366 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner is her ex-boyfriend and she has said that she was taken to Azamgarh. The petitioner is in jail since 07.11.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
