Petitioner, is in jail custody since 15.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is younger brother-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against him. The dead body of the deceased was cremated after the occurrence and admittedly, the father-in-law and other in-laws have already acquitted of the charges after trial.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5645 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Addl. District and Sessions Judge 2nd, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014.
