2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 338, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., on 30.10.2023 at 8 PM, while the brother of the informant was going to Sonpa on motorcycle after closing his shop, these petitioners alongwith 2-3 unknown persons stopped him and thereafter, on the order of petitioner no. 1, petitioner no. 3 assaulted brother of the informant with knife on his neck, whereas other accused persons assaulted him with kicks and fists. No.12209 of 2024(4) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 brother tried to flee away, then petitioner no. 4 hit him with iron rod on his head and petitioner no. 2 fired from country-made pistol and thereafter, all the accused persons threatened informant's brother to withdraw the earlier lodged case otherwise he would be killed.

4. The injuries, sustained by brother of informant, have been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioners have got one criminal antecedent, which was lodged by the informant side, in which, they are on bail.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
