2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a writ, order or direction, including a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents, particularly, 2 and 3 to immediately publish a comprehensive annual calendar for the year 2025 disclosing the schedule for the STET Examination and to conduct the same at the earliest, preferably before the commencement of BPSC Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 4.0.

(ii) The respondents may further be directed to ensure that no eligible candidate, including those from the B.Ed Session 2022-24, is deprived of the opportunity to appear in BPSC TRE 4.0 Examination due to the non-conduct of the STET Phase II Examination which was supposed to schedule from 10.9.2024 to 30.9.2024.

(iii) For any other relief which the petitioners are found entitled to as per the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a representation before the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, but till date no order has been passed by the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board.

4. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners are

Patna High Court CWJC No.582 of 2025(2) dt.17-03-2025 3/3 directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 along with all supporting documents within a period of one week and the respondent no. 3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within three weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 3 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
