The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 448, 342, 186, 353, 506, 324, 511, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons entered in the School premises and caused hindrance in official duty and they demanded Rs.5000/- as rangdari.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 28.09.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. On the earlier occasion also, prior to institution of the present case, cases were instituted by the informant against the petitioner. Both the parties are co-

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, E. Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. case No.179 of 2018.
