Control Order, 2016 against the selection of respondent no. 4 as Public Distributor Shop Dealer. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of this writ application with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedy in accordance with law before the appropriate authority. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
