JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got a remedy available under the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. Control Order, 2016 against the selection of respondent no. 4 as Public Distributor Shop Dealer. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of this writ application with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedy in accordance with law before the appropriate authority. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
